  • “ Your body is the vessel for awakening”

In this 100h module we study Somatics and Embodiment, Experiential Anatomy and Embodied Awakening practices.

Experiential anatomy can be an empowering process as we gain knowledge about and develop a personalised embodied understanding of our bodily structures and systems.

  • "The truth is that you already are what you are seeking."

    -Adyashanti.

This module brings together Embodied Consciousness and Awakening practices (like Tantrik meditation, embodied Tantrik Philosophy, breathwork and mantra), Sound, Embodied āsana, Somatics, Somatic Ecstatic Dance, Free movement, Intuitive and fascial release etc.

  • “Alchemy is really the secret tradition of the redemption of spirit from matter.”

  • “The ultimate Consciousness is always present everywhere. It is beyond space and time, with not before or after. It is undeniable and obvious. So what can be said about it?”

    -Abhinavagupta

This is for you who desires a steady and fruitful seated practice, loves philosophy and wants to offer more in-depth Tantrik Sādhanā to yourself and your students + bring a whole new level to somatics!

  • “Those who think only in straight lines cannot see around a curve.” – Romina Russell

SPHERE invites us to go beyond the intellectual understanding of astrology and connect with it on a deeper, somatic level. This is what Sisa calls AstroSomatics. Astrology and somatics both offer beautiful maps for explorations. By embodying the qualities of each zodiac sign and the corresponding systems, we gain a more profound understanding of ourselves and our place in the world.

VESSEL.

PILARS OF STUDIES:

Somatics and Embodiment

In this teacher training we will be practicing several different approaches and protocols into more somatic and embodied way of moving and being. These will include Authentic Flow, Embodied Yin, Shake the Dust, Body-Mind Centering, Authentic movement, Continuum, Somatic Experiencing and more.

Experiential Anatomy

Experiential anatomy is an embodied means of gaining increased somatic awareness and understanding. This approach to learning goes beyond conventional anatomy study methods that typically rely on images and diagrams to learn the map and function of the systems of the body. Experiential anatomy brings us into the felt sense of the actual territory through direct experiencing. With an experiential focus, we can directly discover, and embody, movement of fluids, bones, muscles, organs etc.

Embodied Awakening

Being a human is as spiritual as it gets! Embodied Awakening points to philosophies like Non-dual Tantrik philosophy that are not bypassing our humanness, or our body, but embracing it. "These teachings are oriented toward the task of awakening to your true nature as efficiently as possible, and embodying the awakened condition in your humanity, within the context of your everyday life."- Adyashanti

MORE IN DEPTH:

Throughout the days we will me delving into:

  • The Embodiment of The major fluids of the body (cellular, transitional

  • and interstitial fluids, blood, lymph, synovial fluid, and cerebrospinal fluid) and Initiating movement from each of the fluids.

  • Exploration into the balance of the autonomic nervous system coming from underneath it to ground it into calm support for intentional movement.

  • Skeletal principles that enhance resting in movement.

  • Embodying muscles and initiating movement at the cellular level and exploring the embodied functions of proprioceptors.

  • Exploration of the Basic Neurocellular Patterns (BNP) including prevertebrate patterns: Vibration, Cellular, Sponging, Pulsation, Mouthing, and Prespinal and the vertebrate patterns: spinal, homologous, homolateral, and contralateral.

“ The only way out is in”

In this module, we will deepen our Traditional Chinese Medicine studies, learn about Qigong, Embodied Yin yoga and Somatic Yoga Nidra.

DEPTH is a conscious invitation to explore our multidimensional capacities for healing by listening and sensing with the whole body-mind.

In Embodied Yin Yoga we find and explore our organic movement patterns, energetic web and essential rivers of growth/expansion. This might mean held containers/āsanas, Qigong and also free form movement, always with an attitude of Maitri, loving kindness. These somatic practices stimulate energy flow in meridians, energy channels, restore, rewire and replenish our fluid flow and our nervous system.

The philosophical atmosphere will come from Three Treasure explorations and other Non-dual Embodied Awakening philosophies.

DEPTH.

AWAKE.

"The truth is that you already are what you are seeking."

-Adyashanti.

This module brings together Embodied Consciousness and Awakening practices. Our studies will dive into the world of the subtle body experiencing through the lens of non-dual Philosophies, Yoga Nidra, Sound, sound healing, Embodied āsana, Somatics and somatic cueing, and Intuitive and fascial release.

We will Study Tantrik Philosophy and practices of Awakening interactively to inspire and support your path. Through practicing shamanic and tantrik somatics, yoga and, for example, seed sounds and ucchara (from the Shaiva Tantra perspective), we`ll land on the ground of Being that is about AND, not OR, as we call it.

You can expect to gain access and tools for more somatic and embodied experiencing/teaching and a bigger understanding for intuitive release, sound medicine, use of voice, fascial release, Embodied yogāsana, Tantrik non-dual philosophy and more.

ALCHEMIST.

▽ THE ALCHEMIST ▽

THIS IS FOR THE WOMAN, who wants to:

Find her Ground, Air it out, move like Water and embody the Fiery yet Spacious nature and teachings of Shakti in all her forms and bodies.

Manifest it. Fulfil it. Embody it. Become the becoming.

Come Raw and Transform- Become the Alchemist!

We are eager to share this magnificent art of Healing that Somatic and Embodied practices, such as Somatic Earthing, āsana, Prana Flow: (not Shiva Rea) Embodiment of Prana Flow through, for example, embryological bone spirals, embodying the nervous system, Mantra, non-dual Tantra, grounded Goddess mirroring, rituals, gatherings, sharing and more!

Following the intuitive wisdom of the divine and devotional classical Tantrik practices in order to embrace life and death, meeting nature/Shakti’s as us and the Self-becoming work, we come into full blossom, we become Awakened- the Embodied woman that we already are.

FROM SATU:

“I am excited to hold space in this very special “training” again. Many say it is more like a life exploration than merely a teacher training. I would even say it’s like a birthing, or re-birth, into a deep, felt and reciprocal connection to everything there is. No more rejections, pushes or pulls but an ease; a supported space to surrender intelligently into the ebb and flow of a life as a woman.

With me, we will embody FIRE, WATER, EARTH, AIR & SPACE. My main intention will be to guide you through embodied practices that tap you into the rhythms of nature. Not to go against it and try to control it but to step consciously into the flow of it. For this to appear, I’m interested in rivering us into our Fluid system for cosmic drowning, our bones for kissing the ground, our muscles to stoke up the fire, our skin for benevolent boundaries and our embodied breath and voice to fully come into our master of the Flow: Heart.

Loving you, Satu “

BRIDGE // AUTHENTIC FLOW

Welcome to Authentic Flow.

Authentic flow is a somatic approach to movement through which we listen, taste, see, feel, inquire and learn to embody our bodies as a living, feeling and exploring creative process of becoming.

This particular 100h training is intended to teachers of yoga and movement that are interested to teach more somatically and offer more trauma sensitive and embodied yoga/movement classes, and to certify to teach Authentic Flow. Also, absolutely anyone can join for inspiration and deepening your connection to yourself and others.

You will learn all about the Pilars, Principles and Pathways to Authentic Flow classes.

This will be part of an Hybrid 300 in Bali from February - March 2025 - https://authenticflowhub.thinkific.com/courses/authentic-flow-hybrid-300-h-teacher-training-2025

PILARS OF PRACTICE:

Reciprocity

This is an ongoing conversation between the inner and the outer, your body and it’s interconnectedness to the environment, between every part of your bodyheartmind and as a whole

State of Being

we seek to clarify tools and pathways for sensing and recognizing Truth, Here-ness, safety & home, as well as rapture. The goal is where you are. It is direct sensory experience of the Now/You, arising as You/Now

Continuum

When you move, everything moves. We are movement, and the movement we are will inform the movement we do on and off the mat. As we consciously find this arising movement of Truth we also support more complex, self-regulatory and healing processes in the bodymind.

Tools

To be/do this, we use breath, sounding soundscape, fluid-state activation and recognition, and a receptive, sensory state of attention. We also use yoga asana, mantra, intuitive movement, embodying the elements, and more, all informed by non-dual, classical Tantrik philosophy

Authentic Flow

This allows us to flow with what truly is, and not what we want or think there should be. We get out of our own way and learn, not to necessarily feel better, but to get better at feeling.

Embodied Awakening

We shift our rational and more conventional orientation from linear thinking to a more multi-directional and sensing, feeling Embodied Awakening of the BodyHeartMindSpirit.

HEART

This is for you who desires a steady and fruitful seated practice, loves philosophy and wants to offer more in-depth Tantrik Sādhanā to yourself and your students + bring a whole new level to somatics!

HEART is all about the direct realization traditions and the natural, unconditioned state of aliveness that, though inconceivable, can be directly known and lived from. The module is a deep dive into the life-affirming tantrik view and methods, along with somatics that awakens the felt-sense of the teachings for yourself and your students. It is an invitation into a more intimate relationship with existence, and to the powerful enlightened potential at the heart of your own being. It is a portal to the path that offers a solution to the non-existent problem that is living, through engagement, creative imagination and alchemy.

Each day will explore one of the many facets of the tradition and the tantrik/non-dual disposition, through satsang, sadhana, selected sutras from some of the scriptures, somatics, and more. And you will walk away with a toolbox of engaging practices (such as mantra-s, energy body practices, visualizations, and somatizations) and liberating perspectives to bring home to your own personal sadhana, as well as to your community.

SPHERE

80h MODULE

“Those who think only in straight lines cannot see around a curve.” – Romina Russell

Humankind has been looking to the planets and stars for millennia, living in close relation. Only in the last centuries have we removed ourselves and looked at it from a purely intellectual perspective.

What does it feel like to embody Cardinal Earth or Mutable Water? How does the essence of Virgo resonate within you, and how does it relate to the specific house it occupies in your birth chart? What insights can we glean about our lives through the physicality of the muscles governed by Aries? These are the kinds of questions we explore in SPHERE.

Each day of the module will be dedicated to exploring two zodiac signs through a variety of practices, including free movement, dance, somatic rest, yin yoga, asana, sounding, and more. These practices are designed to offer a lived and felt sense of your birth chart, allowing you to experience the qualities of each sign on a sensory level. By playfully discovering the influence of celestial bodies and their corresponding physical manifestations, we can re-establish and deepen our ancient relationship with the planetary sphere.

Through this immersive approach, SPHERE seeks to reconnect us with the cosmic rhythms and energies that have guided human experience throughout history. By delving into both our physical bodies and celestial archetypes, we unlock new pathways for self-discovery, gaining a holistic understanding of our astrological blueprint.
