We are a Yoga Teacher Tribe encouraging people to live and share their TRUTH.
The teachings are based on Embodied Yoga- Authentic Flow, Embodied Flow™,
Embodied Yin™, and Somatics, Non-dual Tantrik Philosophy, Self-healing Techniques,
Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shamanism and more.
We investigate, explore and learn about pranayama, kriyas, mantra, meditation, visualization and imagination, embodied and experiential asana & anatomy, free intuitive movement, non-dual and yoga philosophy, psychology of yoga teaching, the art of music & touch as a support, and sensing, feeling, authenticity in the Mo(ve)ment.
Educational pathways
FOUNDATIONAL EDUCATION
This is for you who wants to start teaching and who wants to deepen their studies; or someone, that wants to evolve from a more dogmatic approach to a freer and somatic way of teaching. We get a lot of people who already have a 200h teacher training done in our trainings. We are Yoga alliance approved school (RYS 200 and RYS300).
CONTINUING EDUCATION
These courses and immersions (8-50h) are designed to take us deeper but also to remind us of the importance of Beginners Mind. For a yoga/movement teacher, her own practice is a well of support in teaching, but to keep our skill sets fresh, multifaceted and interesting, it is a good idea to every once in a while to let someone else fill this cup for us. We feel it is essential to our wellbeing as a space holder. Also, if we want to specialize on a specific arena, these are helpful to start with. The courses can be used as continuing education on Yoga Alliance as well.
ADVANCED MODULES
In our school, advanced means being as curious as possible. We are inclusive and for that reason, everyone that has completed a foundational Yoga/movement teacher training can join us. No borders between teaching styles either, every background is welcome, if you can keep being curious and open. We do have a 300h pathway that can be created with three of our 100h modules called ALCHEMIST, DEPTH, BRIDGE, VESSEL, AWAKE but many attend one as continuing education, or deepening their studies, too. You choose. 300 hours of education can be used in Yoga Alliance RYT300/500 registration when completed.
ONLINE
Why online? And how? That´s a question we thought about for many years. Through trial and error, we have now come to a place where we can offer high quality courses and teacher trainings online. We have hundreds of people enrolled and we are happy to say that it´s working! This brings our teachings to the comfort of your home. What an amazing development!
EMBODIED YIN™
THIS COURSE WILL BE UPDATED THIS YEAR!
