Pranama Tavira
Our beautiful space in Tavira, Algarve, Portugal is in the the very center of town near the Roman bridge and a 10min max walk from all directions. There are lots of nice cafes around to have lunch at and many (also inexpensive) airbnbs and hotels to book your stay in. Contact us (info@authentic-flow.com) for more info! We are partnering with some.
In our Shala we have all mats and props you will need. Also heating available during cooler months. We also have a fully operational kitchen and shower. The assisant for the event will be staying on site for any suppport and assistance during our offerings. Please contact us at info@authentic-flow.com for any questions regarding the space. Max number for mats is 15, so only smaller groups! This will add to inclusivity and support.

The Town
Tavira is a beloved holiday destination that combines breathtaking beaches with Portuguese culture. Regarded as one of the most beautiful towns of the Algarve, you will find a unique mix of traditional architecture with Moorish influences. It is sometimes also called the Venice of the Algarve. This historic town with picturesque plazas and cobbled streets have everything you need for a great stay. Lots of super cute Airbnbs and hotels around to book your stay in as well. We recommend renting an electric bike to go around and reach the marvelous beaches!
